Proven track record in implementing Oracle CX Sales, CPQ solutions, and integrations with other systems. Technical Skills: Deep understanding of Oracle CX Cloud suite, CPQ configuration, and best practices in cloud architecture. Strong knowledge of web services, APIs, integration techniques, and data migration strategies. Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. Certifications: Relevant Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle CX Cloud, Oracle CPQ Cloud) are highly desirable. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred: Experience in industries such as technology, manufacturing, or consumer goods where Oracle CX and CPQ solutions have been deployed. Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives and CRM/CPQ best practices. Hands-on experience with cloud security and compliance standards.
