This involves troubleshooting issues, resolving incidents, and ensuring customer satisfaction by helping them get the most out of the platform. - Respond to customer queries regarding Matillion usage and functionality. - Diagnose, reproduce, and resolve technical issues related to Matillion and cloud data warehouses. - Assist customers with the setup, configuration, and optimization of Matillion jobs. - Collaborate with the engineering team to escalate complex issues and implement solutions. - Provide training and documentation to customers for best practices in using Matillion.
