Configuration of Concur Expense Module: Configure the Concur Expense Module to accommodate the specific needs of various countries and regions, including tax regulations, currency settings, and compliance standards. Integration with Corporate Credit Card Program: Integrate Concur with the corporate credit card program to streamline expense reporting and reconciliation processes. Integration with HR Systems: Facilitate the integration of employee data from HR systems into Concur, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee information for expense management. Integration with Financial Systems (ERPs): Oversee the integration of expense data from Concur into financial systems (ERPs), ensuring seamless financial reporting and compliance. Integration with Data & Reporting Platforms: Integrate Concur with data and reporting platforms to enable comprehensive analytics and insights into travel and expense data. Configuration of Reports in Concur Platform: Configure and customize reports within the Concur platform to meet business requirements and provide actionable insights. Training and Documentation: Develop and deliver training programs for business power users and end-users. Create comprehensive documentation to support users and ensure effective utilization of the Concur system. Experience: Minimum of 12+ years of experience in implementing and managing SAP Concur solutions, with a focus on Expense and Travel Booking modules. Proven experience in coordinating with TMC partners and configuring Concur for multiple regions and countries. Strong background in integrating Concur with corporate credit card programs, HR systems, financial systems (ERPs), and data reporting platforms. Experience in configuring reports within the Concur platform. Demonstrated ability to train and support business users effectively. Skills: In-depth knowledge of SAP Concur functionalities and best practices. Strong understanding of travel and expense management processes. Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
