Job Title: Product Owner - Healthcare Medicaid Enrollment and claims Location: Remote (PST Time Zone) Contract Type: Contract (C2C) No OPT/H1B-T, for this specific role.(H1B and H4 are workable for the role) Rate range: $55/hr. , sorry dont have flexibility this time About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Owner with a deep understanding of the US Healthcare system, specifically Medicaid Enrollment processes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in defining and delivering innovative healthcare products. This role requires strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and agile environment. Responsibilities: Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Medicaid Enrollment-related products or features. Lead Agile development teams using Scrum or other methodologies. Elicit, analyze, and document user requirements and business needs related to Medicaid Enrollment. Collaborate effectively with stakeholders, including business analysts, developers, testers, and end-users (e.g., Medicaid beneficiaries, providers). Track key metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to measure product performance and identify areas for improvement. Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes related to Medicaid. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and industry standards. Qualifications: 8+ years of overall IT experience 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner in an Agile environment In-depth knowledge of the US Healthcare system, with a strong focus on Medicaid programs, enrollment processes, eligibility, benefits, and claims.
