This position demands a strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, and other Oracle modules, along with proficiency in reporting and analytics. The Analyst will collaborate with different departments to gather requirements, design reporting solutions, and provide actionable insights. Required Skills & Experience Bachelors degree in information technology, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will be considered. Oracle Cloud Certification in ERP, HCM, or Reporting. Minimum of 5 years of Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud reporting tools such as Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), BI Publisher, and Financial Reporting Studio. Desired Skills & Experience Experience in Serving as a subject matter expert championing a standard reporting delivery model encompassing development, documentation, and training Proficiency in advanced features of Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), BI Publisher, and Financial Reporting Studio. Experience developing complex custom reports and dashboards, including working with custom data models, and ensuring reports align with business objectives. Experience with large-scale Oracle Cloud implementations or upgrades, particularly in a cross-functional team setting. Experience in managing and optimizing data flows between Oracle Cloud modules and external systems. Familiarity with data governance and compliance standards, especially in the public sector.
