Advanced site-building experience including deep familiarity with Drupal modules such as CTools, Views, and Panels. Experience creating custom Drupal modules.Job Description / Responsibilities: Facilitate system administration (roles, permissions, access management, etc.) for marketing and social media technology, including public website management. Track and ensure SSL certificates, domains, etc., do not expire. Assist in upgrades and changes for network, security, or other IT-related items. Participate in the architecture of marketing systems (supporting methodology changes, enhancements, system integrations, reporting, etc.). Assist in assessing, testing, and implementing new system capabilities and features. Aid with technology vendor relationship management. Provide Level 1 and 2 support for the public website and third-party applications. Knowledge and experience with Drupal upgrades, solution deployments, and change management processes. Assist in coordinating certificate expiration and renewal processes. Handle incident/problem management, including escalation, root cause determination, and resolution using the ITIL framework. Optimize system operations and resource utilization and conduct system capacity analysis and planning. Demonstrate understanding of the Acquia product stack, including Drupal 9, PHP 8.0, Acquia Cloud, Acquia Site Factory, Acquia Lift, Acquia DAM, and Acquia Edge. Understand Multi-site versus Multi-Docroots within the Acquia product stack. Familiarity with tools like Yext, Sprout Social, MSFT Dynamics for Marketing, Brightedge, and Splashthat.
