Below are the details of the position: Duties/Responsibilities: Provide technical and functional support for WSSCs Oracle MWM Application. Assist with MWM Production/Deployment Changes. Handle AMR/Manual Meter Reads download/upload-related issues. Assist with MWM System Configuration, Shift Templates/Schedules, including setup and changes, and monitor Appointment Baseline. Perform data fixes to resolve communication errors between systems in real time to ensure all work is completed on the same day. Manage To Dos for Oracle Customer-to-Meter (C2M), MWM, and ODM. Implement process improvements and manage priority requests for Meter Services. Undertake any new work or special projects as directed by Utility Services Managers and/or Meter Services. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree from an accredited college/university in Computer Science, System Analysis, Information Systems, or a related field. A Masters degree in a related field of Information Technology is preferred. Skills/Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in Oracle MWM, ODM, and CC&B (C2M). At least 4 years of Oracle MWM support and/or development experience. At least 5 years of experience developing and designing reports using complex queries from various database systems. Strong application troubleshooting and root-cause analysis experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
