Required Skills : Technical Skills : ,LoadRunner, NeoLoad, Responsibilities : - Lead project planning sessions to ensure project goals and objectives are clearly defined and achievable. - Provide technical expertise in LoadRunner, NeoLoad, to support project requirements. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery. - Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks as necessary. - Communicate project status, issues, and successes to stakeholders and senior management. - Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. - Facilitate regular project meetings to track progress and address any challenges. - Develop and maintain project documentation, including status reports, and risk management plans. - Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. - Implement best practices and methodologies to improve project efficiency and effectiveness. - Utilize domain knowledge in Utilities to provide valuable insights and recommendations. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project outcomes and client satisfaction. Qualifications - - Must have strong technical skills in LoadRunner, NeoLoad.
