The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Business Intelligence (BI), SQL, Crystal Reporting, and ETL processes. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining reports, dashboards, and other data visualization tools to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualization tools using BI tools and technologies. Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects to support reporting and analytics needs. Create and manage ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into data warehouses or reporting systems. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data, reports, and dashboards. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting systems. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in BI, data visualization, and database development. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Required Skills and Qualifications: 6+ years of experience in application and/or database development. Proficiency in SQL (writing complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning). Strong experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, etc.). Hands-on experience with Crystal Reporting and ETL tools (e.g., SSIS, Informatica, Talend, etc.). Solid understanding of database design, data modeling, and data warehousing concepts. Experience in designing and developing dashboards and data visualization tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams. Must be located in the Kansas City Metro area and available to work on-site.
