The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of SAP C4C functionalities, be skilled in integrating C4C with other SAP and non-SAP systems, and have a proven track record in CRM implementation, support, and optimization. Key Responsibilities: Implementation and Configuration: Implement, configure, and support SAP C4C applications, ensuring solutions meet business requirements. Customize SAP C4C to support business processes in areas like sales, marketing, service, and analytics. Integration and Support: Integrate SAP C4C with other SAP solutions like SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and SAP BW. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP C4C applications and integrations. Testing and Troubleshooting: Develop test cases, perform unit testing, and assist in system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT). Troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution of incidents. Collaboration: Work with functional and technical teams to define requirements and design solutions. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure that the project aligns with business objectives. Training and Documentation: Provide training to end-users and create detailed documentation for system configurations and processes. Assist with the creation of user manuals and training materials for SAP C4C applications. Key Skills & Qualifications: Experience: 3+ years of experience working with SAP C4C (Cloud for Customer), including hands-on implementation, configuration, and support. Familiarity with SAP Cloud Platform, integration tools like SAP PI/PO or SAP CPI, and web services. Experience with SAP CRM (on-premise) and SAP Sales Cloud or Service Cloud is a plus. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of SAP C4C architecture, business rules, and key features like Sales, Service, Marketing, and Analytics. Knowledge of C4C APIs, OData services, and integration patterns. Understanding of SAP Fiori, SAP S/4HANA, and cloud-based systems. Education: A Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Certifications (Preferred): SAP Certified Application Associate SAP C4C SAP Certified Development Associate SAP Cloud Platform Relevant certifications in CRM or SAP C4C-related modules. Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Additional Requirements: Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Willingness to travel occasionally (if required). Preferred: Knowledge of other SAP modules (e.g., SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA) is a plus. Familiarity with agile project management methodologies.
