Work closely with product owners to ensure the product backlog is refined, prioritized, and ready for upcoming sprints. Identify, address, and remove impediments or blockers that may impact the team's ability to deliver on sprint goals. Monitor team performance using Agile metrics and provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders to drive data-informed decision-making.
