From: Alex, quantum-ops.com [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Hi, Role Title: OIC Integration Lead / HCM Fusion resources / Oracle Fusion EPM NOTE : ONLY W2 (NOT C2C) Duration: 6 months, with extensions Preferred Location: Remote, EST working hour Job Summary: The Oracle Fusion Operations Budget Analyst is responsible for analyzing, managing, and reporting on operating budgets within an organization, utilizing expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, specifically EPM. Responsibilities: Utilize Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications (Budgeting, Planning, etc.) to support implementing the Oracle Fusion EPM system for the operating budget process. Support the configuration of Oracle Fusion modules to align with the organization's specific budgeting needs. Generate reports and dashboards to track budget performance and identify trends. Identify and troubleshoot system issues related to operational budgeting within Oracle Fusion. Stay current on industry best practices and emerging trends in operational budgeting. Additional Desired Skills: Experience with other financial systems such as Hyperion. Understanding of cost accounting principles. Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards. Experience with data visualization tools. Minimum Qualifications: Undergraduate degree in business administration, finance, economics, accounting, information technology, or a related field, 2 years' experience in PeopleSoft / Oracle Fusion Financial and ERP implementations, upgrades, and maintenance, Strong understanding of ERP systems and processes. Other Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
