Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with the Automation Project Manager, area leads, and cross-functional teams to deliver the project on time and within budget. System Integration Management: Lead the project system integrator and ensure smooth communication and execution. Standards & Compliance: Ensure consistent delivery of technical documentation, including functional specifications, control strategies, and recipes, while adhering to GMP and regulatory requirements. Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with Digital/MES leads to align automation and digital solutions for seamless operations. Issue Management: Address and resolve technical queries, risks, and any system remediation efforts as they arise. Required Qualifications: Education: BS in Engineering (or equivalent experience) Experience: 10+ years in automation within the pharmaceutical industry, ideally in API or bulk manufacturing Technical Expertise: 7+ years with DeltaV Batch DCS and experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs (preferred) Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of GMPs, regulatory requirements, and computer system validation principles Project Experience: Prior experience in large-scale pharmaceutical automation projects Keywords: Urgent Hiring on :: Automation Control Engineer :: Indiana, Indianapolis- Hybrid [email protected] |
