Job Title: Senior Certinia OIM Architect Location: 100% Remote Must have - senior level functional architect or business analyst (experienced with OIM/Supply Chain Management) that would be able to play the role of leading discovery sessions, writing user stories and acceptance criteria This person would be at 80% utilization until discovery/user story signoff is completed. From there they will be at 25% utilization throughout the build phase to maintain project leadership activities until UAT begins. Role Overview As a Senior Certinia OIM Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Certinia (formerly FinancialForce) Order & Inventory Management (OIM) solutions. You will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to drive scalable, high-performing architectures that align with business objectives. While Salesforce development experience is preferred, it is not required. Key Responsibilities Architect and lead the implementation of Certinia OIM solutions, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and alignment with business goals. Configure, customize, and develop OIM solutions to meet business requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, solution designs, and best practices for OIM processes. Provide technical leadership in Certinia OIM, integrating with ERP, CRM, and other enterprise applications. Develop and document architectural frameworks, data models, and system integrations. Support performance optimization, troubleshooting, and enhancements within Certinia OIM. Mentor and guide junior consultants, sharing expertise and best practices. Work alongside Salesforce teams for seamless integration between Certinia and Salesforce, if applicable. Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in enterprise architecture and solution design. Deep expertise in Certinia (FinancialForce) OIM implementation, configuration, and optimization. Strong understanding of order management, inventory processes, and supply chain workflows. Experience integrating Certinia OIM with ERP, CRM, and other enterprise applications. Hands-on experience in OIM configuration and development is preferred. Ability to lead client workshops, requirement gathering, and stakeholder communication. Strong problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, Flows) is a plus. Experience with Certinia PSA (Professional Services Automation) is a plus. Certifications in Certinia OIM, Salesforce, or related technologies.
