From: shrasti singh, vyzeinc [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Description - Job Title- Contracts Administrator (Full Time Position) Location- Cockeysville, Maryland, 21030 (Need local Candidate) Relocation is workable (NJ,MD,DE,NY,VA) Visa- USC, GC KEYS: Must have a Bachelors Degree Must be strong with DFAR/FAR resulations Must have strong contract negotiation Reviewing, copying, distributing, monitoring, maintaining files and generating booking files on all customer contracts (includes correspondence, amendment/modification requests, submission of data items, etc.) and proposals. Interfacing with customers and government representatives for proposals, contracts and other issues related to customer/government requirements (property system, requests for information, audits, etc.). Reviewing and negotiating terms and conditions with prime contract customers autonomously. Reviewing, preparing, submitting and maintaining all confidentiality agreements for Saft America Inc. Review, submit and maintain all invention disclosures, patents, trademarks, copyrights, and licenses. Candidates must be US citizens or hold a green card.
