Skills | Must-Haves: * trade floor experience * both front and middle office experience * advanced experience with defining data requirements for real-time position monitoring Nice to Have Skills: * ETRM experience (NOT a must-have for this role) * lives local to Juno Beach, FL currently * Bachelor's Degree or above Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Trading Systems Analyst to join our team and play a critical role in enhancing trading analytics and risk management solutions for our financial services clients. In this role, you will collaborate closely with trading desks, risk teams, and technology partners to define and implement data requirements for real-time position monitoring and risk metrics. Your expertise in trading systems and analytics will help shape innovative solutions that drive strategic decision-making and business growth. Key Responsibilities: Lead requirements gathering workshops with trading desks and risk teams to understand business needs and objectives. Document current state trading analytics and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization. Define data requirements for real-time position monitoring and ensure accurate and timely reporting. Collaborate with technology teams to document and manage integration needs with trading platforms. Work closely with traders and risk managers to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Support the design and implementation of position keeping and P&L reporting systems. Ensure compliance with market risk metrics and reporting standards. Provide subject matter expertise in trading desk workflows and analytics, contributing to strategic decision-making. Key Focus Areas: Trading Desk Analytics: Enhance trading analytics tools and methodologies to provide actionable insights. Risk Metrics and Limits Monitoring: Develop and implement solutions for monitoring risk metrics and trading limits. Portfolio Analytics: Support advanced portfolio analytics to optimize trading strategies and risk management. Required Experience: 5+ years of experience in trading systems and trading analytics within the financial services industry. Strong understanding of trading desk workflows, including trade execution, risk management, and compliance. Experience with position keeping and P&L reporting systems. Knowledge of market risk metrics and risk reporting methodologies. Proven experience gathering requirements directly from traders and risk managers. Hands-on experience with trading system integration and data management. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with industry-standard trading platforms and risk management systems. Understanding of real-time data feeds and market data integration.
