Please find the job details below: Job Title: ServiceNow Project Manager Location: Auburn Hills, MI (Work from Office) Duration: Long Term Contract Job Responsibilities: Lead and manage ServiceNow projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery of project milestones. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business analysts, and developers, to facilitate effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring proactive resolution to maintain project momentum. Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability. Oversee the implementation of ServiceNow modules and enhancements, ensuring adherence to best practices and organizational standards. Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure that deliverables meet quality standards and user requirements. Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring a smooth transition and adoption of ServiceNow solutions. Continuously evaluate project performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Project Manager, specifically in managing ServiceNow projects. Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, modules, and best practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred. Proficient in project management tools and methodologies, with a focus on Agile and Waterfall approaches. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
