Hi, One of our client is looking for Lead Java Developer for the Location Hybrid Mclean VA (LOCALS ONLY) Job Title: Lead Java Developer Location: Hybrid Mclean VA (LOCALS ONLY) : CTS Experience : 10 Years Rate: $55/hr. on C2C Job summary : We are seeking a highly skilled Java Developer with experience in Java , API testing, Selenium, Cypress and Java scripting. Mandatory Skills : Selenium, Java, GIS (Graphic Information Systems), Geospatial projects NOTE : Should have Lead experience or Handling teams ( Onsite and Off Shore ) Responsibilities : - Lead the development and implementation of geospatial projects using Selenium and Java. - Oversee the integration of geospatial data into existing systems to enhance functionality. - Provide technical expertise in geospatial analysis and data management. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met. - Ensure the accuracy and quality of geospatial data and related outputs. - Develop and maintain geospatial databases and tools. - Monitor and evaluate the performance of geospatial systems and applications. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to geospatial data and software. - Conduct regular reviews and updates of geospatial data to ensure its relevance and accuracy. - Train and mentor team members on geospatial technologies and best practices. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in geospatial technologies and methodologies. - Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of geospatial operations. - Communicate project progress and results to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. -Qualifications - Possess a strong background in Selenium and Java with practical experience. - Have a minimum of 8 years of experience in geospatial project management. - Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Show proficiency in geospatial data analysis and management. - Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills. - Have experience in developing and maintaining geospatial databases. - Be capable of leading and mentoring a team effectively. - Stay informed about the latest trends in geospatial technologies. - Be detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality. - Have the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Show a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical issues. - Be committed to continuous learning and professional development.
