Key responsibilities: Backend development and support for Encounters team Requirement Analysis, Data analysis, Application Development, Customization, Maintenance and Testing of various business applications. Should take care of support activities like alert monitoring, DB cleanups and application deployments. Design and develop stable, secure, scalable and highly performing Code /Components which are easy to inspect, test, service and support. Involvement in requirements gathering, estimation and project planning. Ensure delivery within defined SLAs Assist in daily scrum meetings and change requests to ensure smooth sprints. Debug defects and troubleshoot issues reported by QA and business in a timely manner. Monitoring processes for any failures Required Skills: (TOP SKILLS in BOLD) Strong US healthcare background experience. EDI transactions experience along with backend Informatica technical experience. Strong experience in Medical Claims and Encounters data processing. Good understanding requirements and making them delivered smoothly. Excellent problem solving and communication skills. Experience practicing agile development methodologies. Good understanding of Core Java concepts. Good knowledge of RDBMS concepts, troubleshooting and query performance tuning. Worked on developing applications using Java Hibernate framework, SQL Server Experience in working with process tools GitHub, Bitbucket, JIRA and Confluence.
