As a SharePoint Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining SharePoint applications and solutions, with a focus on enhancing collaboration, document management, and business processes. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions that meet business requirements using the SharePoint Online or SharePoint Server platform.Key Responsibilities: SharePoint Development: Design, develop, and deploy SharePoint Online solutions, including workflows, lists, libraries, custom web parts, and forms. Customization & Configuration: Customize SharePoint sites and develop custom solutions based on business needs. Utilize SharePoint Designer, PowerApps, and Flow to create rich user experiences. Integrations: Integrate SharePoint with other Microsoft 365 services such as Teams, Power BI, and OneDrive to streamline collaboration and enhance productivity. SharePoint Administration: Configure and manage SharePoint farms (if on-prem), including user permissions, document libraries, site collections, and content management. Migration: Work on SharePoint migration projects, including migrating data and content from on-premise SharePoint to SharePoint Online and ensuring compatibility with existing systems. Collaboration with Teams: Work with business analysts, project managers, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver effective SharePoint-based solutions. Security & Compliance: Implement security policies, manage user access, and ensure compliance with data governance standards and best practices. Troubleshooting & Support: Provide ongoing support for SharePoint solutions, troubleshoot issues, and perform necessary upgrades and patching. Automation: Develop automation workflows and business processes using Power Automate, Nintex, or other SharePoint-compatible tools.
