Ensure that these designs meet the technical and business requirements of the organization. Implementation: Lead the deployment and configuration of Open Text products, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes. Customization: Customize Open Text solutions to address specific organizational needs, including the development of workflows, forms, and reports. Optimization: Continuously monitor and enhance the performance and scalability of Open Text solutions to ensure optimal functionality and user experience. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, business stakeholders, and external vendors, to deliver effective and efficient Open Text solutions. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of architectural designs, configurations, and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing and support. Training: Provide training and support to end-users and technical teams to ensure effective utilization of Open Text solutions. Compliance: Ensure that Open Text solutions adhere to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and security policies. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Open Text products and solutions, including ECM, Content Suite, and Extended ECM. Proven experience in designing and implementing complex Open Text architectures. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Open Text technologies, including Content Server, Archive Server, Brava, and others. Strong knowledge of integration with other enterprise systems, such as SAP, Salesforce, and SharePoint. Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective Open Text solutions. Objectives of this role Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached Navigate thru Multiple teams and keep the program moving forward.
