The ideal candidate will have expertise in both functional consulting and technical development aspects of Microsoft Dynamics 365. Key Responsibilities: Functional Responsibilities: Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements. Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to meet business needs. Provide functional expertise on Microsoft Dynamics CRM modules (Sales, Service, Marketing, Field Service, etc.). Conduct user training, workshops, and support UAT (User Acceptance Testing). Ensure best practices and compliance in CRM implementations.
