The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF) and experience managing end-to-end implementations, integrations, and enhancements within the utility industry.Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage Oracle Utilities (CC&B, C2M, MDM) projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. Oversee functional and technical teams in system design, configuration, and development. Coordinate integration efforts with enterprise utility systems (MDM, WAM, NMS, etc.). Provide expertise in Meter-to-Cash (M2C) processes, billing, and customer care workflows. Ensure alignment of business requirements with Oracle Utilities solutions. Support testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities. Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and reporting.Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in Oracle Utilities CC&B, C2M, MDM implementations. Strong knowledge of OUAF, CC&B data models, and integration frameworks. Proven experience in project management, stakeholder coordination, and risk mitigation.
