Responsible for setting project goals and coming up with plans to meet those goals. Coordinates with project team members and develops schedules at an individual level for resources from different departments and vendors. Uses project management tools to track and report on project performance and schedule adherence. Organizes meetings to discuss project goals and progress. Conducts risk assessments for projects, and reports on them. Manage multiple parallel running projects of different level of complexity. IT Project Manager Qualifications and Skills: Project management and leadership skills for managing projects and the teams involved with them. Excellent resource planning and task scheduling skills. Excellent organization and time management skills to keep projects on track and within budget. Proficiency in managing cross-functional teams. Analytical and problem-solving skills to handle any issues that occur during project completion. Strong written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with team members and management and explain technical issues. Agile and/or SAFe projects Managing Software Development projects Education Requirements Bachelors degree in computer science or related field.
