No H1B Job Title: Program Manager With Development Experience Location: Mountain View California (Hybrid) Job Type: Contract W2/C2C Key Responsibilities: Program & Project Management: Lead and manage multiple software development programs from inception to completion. Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Track progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Technical Leadership: Leverage development experience to provide technical guidance and ensure high-quality deliverables. Collaborate with development teams to improve coding standards, architecture, and best practices. Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks that impact project delivery. Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, product management, and business teams to align program objectives with company goals. Serve as the bridge between technical and non-technical teams, translating requirements effectively. Communicate program status, risks, and dependencies to leadership and stakeholders. Process Improvement & Agile Practices: Implement Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies to enhance efficiency. Optimize software development lifecycle (SDLC) and CI/CD processes. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce time-to-market. Required Qualifications: Education: Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Experience: 5+ years in software development (e.g., Java, Python, .NET, JavaScript, or similar). 3+ years in program/project management within a technology-driven environment. Experience with Agile methodologies, DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Skills: Strong understanding of SDLC, software architecture, and microservices. Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Asana, or similar). Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in PMP, SAFe, CSM, or PRINCE2.
