Financials Cloud Functional Lead Gwinnett County Location: Onsite 5 days in Lawrenceville, GA Duration: 12 months Rate: $65 per hour Top Skills:A minimum of 7 years of overall ERP implementation and administration experience, including at least 3 years as a Finance Functional Lead for Oracle Fusion Cloud.In-depth understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance (ERP) applications, including configurations, custom fields, and fast formulas.Strong understanding of integrations with other Fusion applications and third-party systems.Knowledge of Oracle Fusion data dictionary and object relationships.Ability to act as a strategic liaison between business users, vendors, Oracle, and technical teams.Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment. 3. Oracle Financials EBS Project Manager King County Location: Remote (working PST hours) Duration: 6-12 months Rate: $65 per hour Phase 1: EBS Application UpgradeUpgrade Oracle EBS Database to version 23ai (latest certified version).Perform technical stack upgrade upon availability.Upgrade the EBS application from version 12.2.7 to the latest stable release (certified for at least 6 months before go-live).Incorporate only mandated functionality or technology required by the upgrade. Phase 2: EBS Single Sign-On (SSO) ImplementationPlan and coordinate with King County IT, BRC staff, and third-party vendors.Implement SSO for EBS Applications. Requirements:Proven project management experience across all phases of a project lifecycle.Strong communication, organizational, and planning skills.Recent experience managing an EBS application and technology upgrade in OCI.Excellent interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution and customer satisfaction management.Experience with Jira and Planview PPM Pro (formerly Innotas) is a plus. 4. Oracle OTL Solutions Architect (Functional) Thought Logic Location: Remote (CST/EST time zones preferred) Duration: 6-9 months Rate: Open (expected range: $65 per hour) Overview: The Oracle HCM Time and Labor Solution Architect will design, implement, and optimize Oracle HCM Cloud Time and Labor solutions. This role requires expertise in Oracle Cloud Time and Labor modules, functional and technical design, business process analysis, and system integration. Key Responsibilities:Lead architecture, design, and deployment of Oracle HCM Cloud Time and Labor solutions.Analyze business processes and translate requirements into scalable solutions.Configure time rules, absence management, schedules, and payroll integrations.Collaborate with HR, payroll, and finance teams for seamless data integration.Ensure compliance with labor regulations through system configurations.Provide end-user training support and technical documentation. Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR Technology, or related fields.Minimum of 5 years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, focusing on Time and Labor modules.Expertise in time tracking, absence management, payroll integration, and compliance.Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Oracle HCM Cloud certification (Time and Labor or Workforce Management) is preferred.Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Agile implementation methodologies is a plus.
