Facets Product Consultant Location:- Remote CST Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Facets Product Consultant to serve as a Team Lead and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for core applications and sub-modules. The SME will provide clients with advisory knowledge of configuration structure and lead the implementation or optimization of configuration solutions to increase auto-adjudication rates and/or implement new lines of business. The SME will also create project plan tasks to optimize the current FACETS configuration architecture, including strategies to leverage TriZetto products, identify and modify best practice configurations, assess sub-modules not currently leveraged, and provide measurable metrics on end-to-end approaches. Must Have's: Conduct requirements discovery sessions and lead design sessions to determine how best to design and configure claims applications within Facets to meet the defined requirements. Excellent general consulting and Facets application skills. Strong understanding of core functionality, emphasizing benefit designs and Claims operations. Experience with claims root cause analysis, benefits cost shares, PCA, and use of Workflow to solve for UM, COB, Provider, and member match issues. Ability to provide advanced analysis, problem-solving, and interpret application configuration. Good knowledge of Facets data structures. Ability to liaison effectively with business and technical groups and transfer Facets application knowledge to customer staff. Clear articulation of issues and providing alternative solutions. Experience working with onshore/offshore resource models. 10 years of healthcare experience, 5 years of recent and relevant TriZetto benefits and claims experience. Key Responsibilities: Serve as a Team Lead and SME for core applications and sub-modules. Provide advisory knowledge of configuration structure to clients. Additional Characteristics: Strategic thinking in leveraging TriZetto solutions into end-to-end client business events in benefits. Conduct requirements discovery sessions and lead design sessions to determine the best design and configuration of applications within Facets. Extend capabilities into other applications and processes for a defined set of requirements. Excellent general consulting and application skills. On-site participation in a client-facing role may be required. Strong understanding of core functionality, with an emphasis on Benefits, Enrollment, and Claims. Experience with claims root cause analysis, benefits cost shares, PCA, and Workflow is preferred. Advanced analysis, problem-solving, and application configuration interpretation skills. Good knowledge of Facets data structures.
