From: Sankhi Tudu, Vyze Inc [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Position: Project Manager - Business Services & Campaign Finance Location: Jackson, MS- Onsite Duration: 24 months MOI: Skype Position Description and Job Skill Set Business Services & Filing (Primary focus) Campaign Finance & Lobbying (Ancillary support) The PM will act as the primary liaison between client personnel and third-party development teams, ensuring smooth communication, coordination, and project execution. While Campaign Finance & Lobbying will be largely managed by the Division Head for Elections, the PM will provide project management support. The Business Services & Filings project will require the PMs primary focus, as it has the largest scope and complexity. Some key functions and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Develop, implement, and maintain project plans, schedules, and deliverables. Act as the central point of contact for internal client teams and third-party vendors. Ensure clear communication of project goals, expectations, and deadlines. Track project progress and resolve issues that may impact timelines or deliverables. Coordinate project status meetings, reports, and documentation. Required Skills/Experience 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in government or technology-related projects. Experience managing software development projects and vendor relationships. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid). Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, JIRA, or equivalent). Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills/Experience PMP, CAPM, or other relevant project management certification.
