Own and QA the solution and scope. Provide clients business value by applying technology enabled solutions to address clients business objectives Work with solutions teams to support product development activities. Groom and develop a group of very senior resources to increase their effectiveness delivering on field and market enablement. Mentors team members in technology, architecture and delivery of applications Creates a shared sense of direction and community among the teams Must be detail oriented, self-directed and have strong independent problem-solving skills Strong communication and presentation skills Strong executive presence and ability to interact with client management Proven ability to transfer knowledge and stay aware of current trends and technical advancements Time management skills are a must; as well as the ability to be flexible and creative.
