Job Role: UX Designer Job Location: New York, NY (Looking for EST local Consultants) Duration: 12+ months contract Years of experience: 10+Years Visa: H1B | Need passport number along with submission Role Description: We are seeking a talented and creative UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for designing intuitive and user-centered digital experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create seamless and engaging user interfaces that meet both user needs and business goals. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions. Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas. - Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with project goals. Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on feedback. - Maintain and evolve design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across products. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design. **Requirements:** Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Portfolio showcasing previous UX design work and problem-solving skills. [Optional: Experience with front-end development or familiarity with HTML/CSS/JavaScript.] **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment. - Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices. - Familiarity with analytics tools to measure user behavior.
