Job Description -
IVR Chatbot Developer (100% Interview)
Location: Hybrid; Newark, NJ; Must be within driving distance of Newark, NJ!!! (Need Local)
Visa: US Citizen or GC only!!

Need LinkedIn with good connection

MUST HAVE Genesys Cloud CX
Requirements:
- Advanced understanding of IVR technology and related telecommunications devices, networks, software, and systems.
- Experience with management and development of speech recognition systems and grammars
- Experience in implementing third party integration like AWS Lambda (NodeJS and/or Python), Lex, Amelia, Polly, and CRM (Salesforce) etc. Google CCAI
- Web service, API and other cross system communication protocols and experience with integration of telephony systems to other computer systems (e.g. SOAP, VXML SQL, XML, REST)
- Software development in an object orientated programming language; ability to design, develop and support advanced IVR applications.
