Responsibilities Implement and optimize Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud functionalities. Design, customize, and configure Salesforce applications to meet business needs and improve user experience. Provide training and support to users in utilizing Salesforce capabilities effectively. Monitor system performance and resolve any technical issues related to Salesforce applications. Analyze data within Salesforce to generate reports and dashboards that support strategic decision-making. Stay up to date with Salesforce best practices and updates to ensure our solutions are current and effective. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. 8+ years of experience working with Salesforce, specifically Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud. Salesforce Administrator and/or Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification is required. Strong understanding of business processes related to customer service, sales, and financial services. Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, custom objects, workflows, and automation. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and produce actionable insights. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
