Salesforce Administrator and/or Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification is required. Strong understanding of business processes related to customer service, sales, and financial services. Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, custom objects, workflows, and automation. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and produce actionable insights. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
