This role plays a key part in shaping IAM strategy across the organization, balancing security, compliance, and user experience. Key Responsibilities: Design and manage IAM solutions (SSO, MFA, PAM, RBAC) across cloud and on-prem environments. Implement identity lifecycle management, access control, and Zero Trust principles. Manage directory services (AD, Azure AD, LDAP) and authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect). Secure AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud IAM environments. Ensure compliance with SOX, NIST, GDPR through audits and risk assessments. Automate IAM processes using Power, Python, or Bash. Collaborate with IT, security, and business teams on IAM strategy.Requirements: 7+ years in IAM engineering or security architecture. Expertise in Okta, M365, Ping Identity, CyberArk, SailPoint. Strong knowledge of authentication, federation, and cloud security. Familiarity with NIST, CIS, ISO 27001, and regulatory standards. Proficiency in Power, Python, or Bash for automation. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.Preferred: Certifications: CISSP, CISM, Microsoft, Okta, or similar. Experience with DevSecOps and API security (REST APIs).
