Hi, One of our client is looking for SAP Program Manager for the Location REMOTE Role : SAP Program Manager Location : REMOTE ( San Jose CA) : CTS Experience : 12 Years The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP Commissions Data Integration, SAP Commissions Configuration, and SAP Commissions Reports. Required Skills : SAP Commissions Configuration, SAP Commissions Reports, SAP Commissions Data Integration Certifications Required : SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP Commissions, PMP Certification Responsibilities : - Lead the planning and implementation of SAP Commissions projects - Oversee the integration of SAP Commissions Data to ensure seamless data flow - Provide configuration expertise for SAP Commissions to meet business requirements - Develop and generate comprehensive SAP Commissions Reports for stakeholders - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and success - Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines - Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations - Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders - Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with SAP Commissions projects - Manage project budgets and resources effectively to optimize outcomes - Conduct regular project reviews and provide status updates to senior management - Implement best practices for SAP Commissions to enhance system performance - Support post-implementation activities, including troubleshooting and user training -Qualifications - Possess extensive experience in SAP Commissions Data Integration - Demonstrate strong skills in SAP Commissions Configuration - Have a proven track record in generating SAP Commissions Reports - Exhibit excellent project management and organizational abilities - Show proficiency in coordinating with cross-functional teams - Display strong problem-solving and risk management skills - Have exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities - Be adept at managing project budgets and resources - Demonstrate the ability to implement best practices for system performance - Possess experience in post-implementation support and user training - Exhibit a proactive and results-oriented approach to project management - Have a strong understanding of quality standards and client expectations - Show commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
