Lead and manage cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication. Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring optimal utilization and cost-effectiveness. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure project success. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project goals are met. Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with project objectives. Drive innovation and efficiency by leveraging expertise in Data or AI technologies. Qualifications: 6 to 7 years of proven experience in project management, preferably in Data or AI-related projects. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders. Demonstrated experience in managing teams and budgets effectively. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges. Preferred Skills: Experience working in the automotive or technology sectors. Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
