As a SharePoint Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining SharePoint applications and solutions, with a focus on enhancing collaboration, document management, and business processes. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions that meet business requirements using the SharePoint Online or SharePoint Server platform.Key Responsibilities: SharePoint Development: Design, develop, and deploy SharePoint Online solutions, including workflows, lists, libraries, custom web parts, and forms. Customization & Configuration: Customize SharePoint sites and develop custom solutions based on business needs. Utilize SharePoint Designer, PowerApps, and Flow to create rich user experiences. Integrations: Integrate SharePoint with other Microsoft 365 services such as Teams, Power BI, and OneDrive to streamline collaboration and enhance productivity. SharePoint Administration: Configure and manage SharePoint farms (if on-prem), including user permissions, document libraries, site collections, and content management. Migration: Work on SharePoint migration projects, including migrating data and content from on-premise SharePoint to SharePoint Online and ensuring compatibility with existing systems. Collaboration with Teams: Work with business analysts, project managers, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver effective SharePoint-based solutions. Security & Compliance: Implement security policies, manage user access, and ensure compliance with data governance standards and best practices. Troubleshooting & Support: Provide ongoing support for SharePoint solutions, troubleshoot issues, and perform necessary upgrades and patching. Automation: Develop automation workflows and business processes using Power Automate, Nintex, or other SharePoint-compatible tools. Documentation & Reporting: Document solutions, processes, and configurations, and prepare reports for stakeholders as necessary.Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 3+ years of experience as a SharePoint Developer or in a similar role. Proficiency in SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server (2013, 2016, or 2019). Strong experience with SharePoint Designer, PowerApps, and Power Automate. Expertise in C#, ASP.NET, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS for custom web part and page development. Experience with REST API, CSOM (Client-Side Object Model), JSOM (JavaScript Object Model), and SharePoint Web Services. Familiarity with Microsoft Flow for automation and workflow integration. Strong knowledge of SharePoint security models, user access management, and permissions. Experience with SharePoint migrations, especially from on-premises to SharePoint Online.
