The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, IT infrastructure, or engineering, along with proven leadership in team management, stakeholder communication, and business strategy execution. Responsibilities: 1. Technology Leadership & Implementation: Oversee the development, deployment, and maintenance of technology solutions. Lead architecture discussions, system designs, and integrations with third-party tools. Stay up to date with emerging technologies and recommend innovations to improve efficiency. 2. Project & Product Management: Plan, execute, and deliver technology projects on time and within budget. Work with Agile/Scrum methodologies to ensure smooth project execution. Define roadmaps, sprint goals, and release cycles for products and IT initiatives. 3. Team Leadership & People Management Lead and mentor a team of developers, engineers, and analysts. Define team goals, allocate tasks, and monitor performance. Facilitate training programs and skill development for technical teams. 4. Business & Stakeholder Communication Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders. Translate business requirements into technical solutions. Communicate technical challenges, timelines, and risks to non-technical stakeholders. 5. Process Optimization & Automation Identify bottlenecks and drive automation strategies to improve workflows. Implement DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and security best practices. 6. Budget & Vendor Management Manage technology budgets, procurement, and vendor negotiations. Evaluate and onboard new technology partners, SaaS tools, and enterprise solutions Qualifications: Bachelor's Engineering degree in Computer Science/Technology, Master of Computer Application or equivalent preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with Customers and internal stakeholders. Proven experience (15+ Years) in a client-facing role, such as consulting, account management, or sales. Strong knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, or similar). Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or Salesforce). Familiarity with databases, APIs, and enterprise software integration. Experience in DevOps, CI/CD, and IT infrastructure management. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience leading cross-functional teams. Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a track record of driving business growth. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in Salesforce, ERP, E-commerce, or SaaS platforms. Experience in leading digital transformation initiatives. Familiarity with AI, Machine Learning, or Data Analytics.
