Position: ServiceNow Technical Lead / Architect Location: Milwaukee, WI (Onsite) Duration: 12+ Months Contract Job Description: 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, and architecture. Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, SecOps, CSM, or other modules. Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, etc.). Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and MID Servers for integrations. Experience in implementing ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, and Orchestration. Familiarity with Service Portal, UI/UX customization, and mobile experiences. Knowledge of ITIL processes and ServiceNow best practices. Experience leading ServiceNow upgrades, migrations, and instance management. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
