This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and stakeholder collaboration. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization"s data assets and modeling requirements to support our advanced analytics and reporting capabilities within an Azure Databricks Medallion architecture. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach to data modeling, possess deep experience in GxP environments, and excel at translating business needs into actionable data solutions. Significant experience in solution design and data model development. Ability to understand complex data and propose ideal data model. Significant experience in Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) model and Dimensional Data Model SQL and Excel proficiency to analyze data, identify root cause or propose a solution Understanding of how KPIs are calculated, data snapshot and Org Hierarchy Techno-Functional individual who can connect with Business in their lingo to understand their concern and/ or propose a solution and work with technical team to develop solution Excellent knowledge with Azure & other Cloud technologies Other tech Knowledge - Azure Databricks, Bronze, Silver and Gold Layer understanding Business Ideals/Preference: CDL or EDW background experience Quality Background (GxP, Agile Methodology) Experience with specific source system/data structures of Quality Systems knowledge - LIMS, NC, CAPA, Audit systems such as Trackwise, Comet, Curve, PQMS, Summit, ETQ Instinct, is highly preferred.
