The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Java-based architecture, cloud technologies, and modern software engineering practices.Key Responsibilities: Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable, resilient, and high-performance Java-based solutions. Cloud Strategy: Develop cloud-native solutions using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Microservices & API Development: Architect and oversee microservices-based solutions with Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and GraphQL. Enterprise Integration: Define integration patterns for applications using Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging systems. DevOps & CI/CD: Guide teams in adopting CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, Docker, and automation frameworks. Security & Compliance: Ensure solutions adhere to best security practices and industry standards. Performance Optimization: Analyze and improve system performance, scalability, and reliability. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business teams, developers, and DevOps engineers to align technology with business objectives. Technical Mentorship: Provide leadership and mentoring to development teams.Required Skills & Experience: 10+ years of experience in Java development, with at least 4+ years as a Solution Architect. Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and REST APIs. Experience with microservices architecture and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or GitHub Actions). Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra). Understanding of message-driven architecture using Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar tools. Knowledge of identity and access management (OAuth, SAML, JWT). Experience with front-end integration (React, Angular, or Vue.js is a plus). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Nice to Have: Knowledge of GraphQL, gRPC, or WebSockets. Familiarity with AI/ML integration in Java applications.
