Position: Salesforce Senior Business Analyst (Order management ) Location: Redmond, WA. (Day 1 onsite) Duration: 12 months extendable Salesforce Senior Business Analyst Salesforce Order Management B2C, Salesforce Commerce Cloud-B2C and NICE TO HAVE Salesforce POS(predict spring) MUST HAVE Salesforce Order Management B2C, Salesforce Commerce Cloud-B2C NICE TO HAVE BUT NOT REQUIRED Salesforce POS(predict spring) Min 7+ Experience and hands on experience with gathering requirements, process mapping, functional specifications, solution design, functional testing integration testing. MUST have atleast 1+ years of implementation experience in the Salesforce Order Management module. MUST have experience integrating Salesforce B2C with Salesforce OMS. MUST have integration experience in upstream and downstream applications related to the Salesforce Order management (B2C preferrable, Oracle EBS, etc. for payments, shipment, Tax integrations) MUST have hands-on experience in salesforce administration and Flow automations. MUST have excellent presentation and communication skills. Good to have integration Salesforce using MuleSoft. Good to have Copado deployment experience. Strong analytical skills with the ability to design complex systems and troubleshoot issues. Deliverables: -Process Flows -Mentor and Knowledge transfer to client project team members -Participate as primary, co and/or contributing author on any and all project deliverables associated with their assigned areas of responsibility -Participate in data conversion and data maintenance -Provide best practice and industry specific solutions -Advise on and provide alternative (out of the box) solutions -Provide thought leadership as well as hands on technical configuration/development as needed. -Participate as a team member of the functional team -Perform other duties as assigned.
