HI Bench sales, Please share your Consultant Resume with me at [email protected] SAP IBP Consultant (APO & SCP) Hybrid at location: Dallas TX Skill: SAP IBP, Supply Chain Planning, APO Job Description: 12+ years of Work Experience and 7+ years relevant work experience in Supply Chain or Supply Chain Planning related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 3-5 years of experience in managing teams 3-5 years of experience of overseeing configuration Supply Chain Planning, Integrated Business Planning related process design, large scale ERP experience preferred. Subject matter expert in Supply Chain Planning, Production Planning & Execution, Demand Forecasting, Data Analysis & Modeling, Inventory Management, Supply Planning, Advanced Planning & Optimization. Experience with configuration of SAP S/4HANA and SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Experience in project management, process design and metrics Excellent verbal and written communications skills Excellent presentation and facilitation skills Strong self-starter and self-directed worker Partner with business stakeholders and business process owner(s) to create and develop comprehensive supply chain planning roadmap spanning solutions outlined above. Lead and manage the SAP Supply Chain Planning processes, including configuration, integration, customization, master data, and reporting and analytics across functions of demand planning, capacity planning, materials management, material requirements planning (MRP), sales and operations planning (S&OP), production scheduling, shop floor control, and quality management. Provide regular reports and updates to stakeholders and leadership, including insights and recommendations based on KPI data analysis. Apply design thinking and/or process redesign principles to develop innovative solutions that enhance the end-user experience in SAP Manufacturing, Production Planning, and Supply Chain Planning processes, incorporating user feedback and insights for a user-centered approach.
