Role: Microsoft Dynamics 365
Solution Consultant

Location: Greensboro, NC
(onsite)

Duration: Long term

Note:
D365 CE/CRM Functional
Consultant with implementation and deployment experience. Must be able to be
onsite 3 days a week at least.

The Solution Consultant/Functional
Analyst will have 5+ years of experience specialized in Microsoft Dynamics 365
Customer Service and Power Platform who will play a crucial role in
implementing and optimizing our Dynamics solution to meet business needs.

Role/Responsibilities  

Extensive understanding of
Microsoft Dynamics 365 module Customer Service, Power Platform and Integrations

Knowledge of the platforms
capabilities, limitations, and best practices for customization.

Experience in automotive
industry can be valuable for understanding sector-specific requirements and
challenges.

Requirement Gathering:
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and processes.

Conduct workshops and interviews
to elicit requirements and document them comprehensively.

Translate business requirements
into functional specifications.

Design solutions that leverage
standard functionalities of Dynamics 365 and identify areas requiring
customization.

Configure the Dynamics 365 environment
to align with business needs.

Customize entities, workflows,
forms, and dashboards as required.

Plan and oversee the integration
of Dynamics 365 with other systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, third-party applications).

Ensure data consistency and
integrity across integrated systems.

Lead or assist in the deployment
of Dynamics 365 solutions.

Support in development of user
manuals and training materials.

Offer ongoing support and
troubleshoot issues post-implementation.

Create detailed documentation of
the configuration, customizations, and integrations.

Maintain documentation for
future reference and auditing.

Skills and Competencies

Strong analytical and
problem-solving skills to assess complex business processes and design
appropriate solutions.

Excellent verbal and written
communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Ability to convey technical
information to non-technical users.

Familiarity with project
management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) to manage projects efficiently.

Ability to coordinate tasks,
manage timelines, and ensure tasks stay on track.

Understanding of the technical
aspects of Dynamics 365, including architecture, data models, and integration
points.

Ability to work closely with
technical teams (developers, IT staff) to implement and support solutions
