Minimum travel <10% 5+ years of hands on experience using Service Now. We will be standing up a new instance and redesigning all our processes. They will need to know how to navigate the current instance to pull data for review etc. 5+ years of hands on process mapping experience. 5+ years experience with Service Now security profiles, set up and approval process, and onboarding. Track the process to create and implement all the new SNOW processes. Coordination and communication with Internal and external teams during IT service transition. Experience managing the creation and implementation of service now processes specifically for ITIL. Need to have some business process mapping experience.
