Mention your consultant visa status also Job Title: Big Commerce Architect Fully Onsite Length of Assignment: 12 months w/possible extension Top Skills/Experience Required: BigCommerce, BigCommerce Stencil, Node.js, GraphQL/REST API, Handlebar.Js Job Description Lead the Design and Development: Spearhead the creation of scalable and efficient software solutions using Java, BigCommerce Architecture, and Node.js. Implement Technical Solutions: Oversee the execution of technical solutions to ensure they align with business objectives and industry best practices. Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of project needs. Maintain Documentation: Develop and keep architectural documentation current to support ongoing development and maintenance activities. Ensure Application Performance: Conduct thorough testing and optimization to ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Identify and Mitigate Risks: Address potential risks and issues in the architecture and propose effective solutions. Stay Informed: Keep up with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into projects. Participate in Code Reviews: Engage in code reviews to maintain code quality and adherence to standards. Technical Support: Assist the team in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues. Ensure Compliance: Adhere to security and data protection standards in all architectural designs. Qualifications Technical Expertise: Strong technical understanding and hands-on experience in architecting and solutioning mid-large scale web applications. Relevant Certification: Hold a certification in Java or BigCommerce Architecture to validate technical proficiency. Communication Skills: Possess strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
