This role will be responsible for architecting solutions, managing PLM modules, and ensuring system performance and security while aligning with business needs.Key Responsibilities: Lead the solutioning, deployment, and maintenance of Teamcenter PLM. Manage Part/CAD/Document Management, Change Management, and Workflow modules. Perform application support, system upgrades, Windows server patching, backups, and licensing management. Conduct workshops, training sessions, and user adoption programs. Implement DevOps methodologies and automation for PLM applications. Oversee ServiceNow change, incident, and request management. Translate business requirements into functional and technical PLM solutions. Provide mentorship and technical guidance to the team.Requirements: Expertise in Teamcenter PLM architecture, customization, and integrations. Experience in PLM solutioning, enterprise architecture, and CAD integrations. Hands-on experience with Windows server management, backups, and system administration. Knowledge of DevOps, ServiceNow, and ITIL processes. Strong problem-solving, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
