As an Oracle EBS expert, you will play a crucial role in the implementation, customization, and support of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) applications. You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to design, implement, and optimize business processes in the areas of Finance, Supply Chain, HR, or Procurement.Key Responsibilities: Oracle EBS Implementation: Lead and support the implementation of Oracle EBS modules (e.g., Oracle Financials, Supply Chain, HRMS, Procurement, Order Management), ensuring alignment with business objectives. Customization & Configuration: Customize and configure Oracle EBS applications to meet business requirements. Work on module configuration and integration with other business applications. Development & Integration: Develop customizations in Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle Reports, and Oracle Forms. Integrate Oracle EBS with external systems and applications. Business Process Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand processes and translate them into Oracle EBS functionality. Recommend solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Testing & Validation: Design and execute unit, integration, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to ensure that solutions meet requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve issues found during testing phases. Documentation: Maintain clear and detailed technical documentation for developed solutions, including code documentation, configuration setups, and process flows. Support & Maintenance: Provide ongoing support for Oracle EBS applications, resolve production issues, and apply patches and updates to the system. Training & Knowledge Transfer: Conduct training sessions for end users and technical staff to ensure successful adoption and long-term system sustainability.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 5+ years of experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), including hands-on experience in Financials, Supply Chain, HRMS, Procurement, or related modules. Strong experience with Oracle EBS development tools such as PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, and Oracle Workflow. Hands-on experience with R12 or EBS 12.x implementations and upgrades. Experience with integration tools and middleware (e.g., Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle Web Services). Strong understanding of Oracle EBS architecture and the underlying database structure. Experience in data migration and ETL tools for Oracle EBS. Knowledge of Oracle Applications (AOL) and Oracle EBS security. Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to work directly with business users to translate requirements into solutions. Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Preferred Skills: Oracle EBS Certifications in specific modules (e.g., Oracle Financials, Supply Chain, HRMS). Experience with Oracle Cloud Applications (SaaS) and Cloud Integrations. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and working in an Agile environment. Familiarity with Oracle HCM, Oracle Procurement, and Oracle Inventory. Ability to lead and manage small teams during Oracle EBS project lifecycles. Experience with Oracle Application Express (APEX) or Oracle BI Publisher for reporting.
