From: Peter, Elite ISINC peter@eliteisinc.com Reply to: peter@eliteisinc.com Hello There Hope you are doing well Please have a look at the below position and let me know if you would like to apply Title: Senior Salesforce Developer, Admin Location: Remote Duration: 12 Months MAX RATE: $60/hr on C2C Description The individual in this position is a subject matter expert in their related field and is responsible for developing custom solutions utilizing the Salesforce.com (SFDC) platform. The responsibilities include development of all solutions scoped for Salesforce, as directed by the product and software development teams, including integrations and 3rd party applications. The Salesforce Developer will serve as the technical lead for the SFDC development team, providing direction and implementing development standards among the Salesforce administrators. As a core team member in solution design, the Salesforce Developer will work closely with the Architecture and Product teams to provide recommendations and estimates concerning approaches and relative effort required to achieve the outlined business case(s). The Salesforce Developer will develop and demo functionality as part of an iterative schedule, and will conduct peer review of the work product of other team members. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: Develop, either through configuration or code, in a sandbox, solutions within the Salesforce.com platform and its connected ecosystem Visualforce Apex SOQL/SOSL Outline options for the technical solutions, including effort estimates, based on functionality requirements from the product team Produce detailed specifications and write SFDC program codes Migrate components between environments for various testing efforts and releases, as directed by the SCRUM master Customer oriented; develop relationships to anticipate and address the needs of all end-user groups effectively Ability to present to peers and senior management with clarity and brevity EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: Preferred experience with SFDC products: Pardot, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud Experience in Agile project management and iterative technology development Knowledge of healthcare industry is preferred Excellent analytical and critical-thinking skills Excellent time management skills Able to prioritize and be self-directed and capable of independent decision making Excellent written and oral communication skills Aligns work unit goals with organizational strategic direction Ability to facilitate communication with various parties and effectively problem solve Adheres to the vision, mission, and values of Client. Education: Minimum: Bachelors Degree in a relevant field is required Preferred: Masters degree in relevant field is preferred.
