Mention your consultant visa status also Job title : SAP BUSINESS MANAGER location: Stamford CT (Hybrid) Job summary : We are seeking an experienced Business Manager with 8 to 10 years of experience in SAP FICO Testing, SAP FICO Internal Orders, SAP FICO Foundation, SAP FICO Cost Centre Accounting, and SAP FICO Activity Based Costing. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model during day shifts and will not require travel. The role involves managing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and driving efficiency within the organization. Required Skills : , SAP FICO Testing, SAP FICO,SAP FICO Foundation, SAP FICO Internal Orders, SAP FICO Activity based costing, SAP FICO Cost Centre Accounting Responsibilities : Lead the financial operations team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. Oversee SAP FICO Testing processes to maintain system integrity and performance Provide expertise in SAP FICO Internal Orders to optimize financial tracking and reporting. Implement and manage SAP FICO Foundation to support robust financial management practices. Drive efficiency in cost management through SAP FICO Cost Centre Accounting. Utilize SAP FICO Activity Based Costing to enhance cost allocation and profitability analysis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of financial systems. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies. Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making. Monitor financial performance and provide insights to senior management. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices. Support the development and implementation of financial strategies. Provide training and support to team members on SAP FICO functionalities. Qualifications Must have extensive experience in SAP FICO Testing. Should possess in-depth knowledge of SAP FICO Internal Orders. Must be proficient in SAP FICO Foundation. Should have strong expertise in SAP FICO Cost Centre Accounting. Must be skilled in SAP FICO Activity Based Costing. Experience in a hybrid work model is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required. Ability to work independently and as part of a team is crucial. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are necessary. Must have a proactive and results-oriented approach. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines is important. A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
